The 22nd edition of the Berlinale Co-Production Market will take place from Saturday to Wednesday, Feb 15-19, 2025.

Till September 18, producers from around the world can submit feature projects for the Official Selection and drama series projects for Co-Pro Series (deadline: October 1). The call for the Talent Project Market closes September 4. Novels for Books at Berlinale can be submitted in September/October.

International producers, financiers, sales agents, distributors, representatives of funding bodies and TV channels looking for projects to participate in, can apply to participate without a project in November.

Please find details on the different programmes and applications below.

The selected projects are announced mid-January and the Catalogue with the selected projects is made available for all registered participants about three weeks prior to the event. Based on the projects' priorities and the meeting requests by interested potential co-producers and financiers, the Berlinale Co-Production Market team then matchmakes and organises ca. 1500 targeted one-on-one meetings.

Terms of Participation

The Berlinale Co-Production Market is meant to be a “natural” meeting place for producers and financiers who are attending the Berlinale and European Film Market anyway. Therefore, the Berlinale Co-Production Market does not pay for travel and hotel costs, and does not provide festival accreditation for participants.

The BCPM reserves the right to admit or deny the access to any person whose conduct is not respectful towards the other participants and/or the team members. Please see also the Code of Conduct.

Participants are requested to take care of their European Film Market Badge or festival registration first. Only accredited professionals will be able to log in and access the online features that are available to Berlinale Co-Production Market participants.
