Nostradamus Collective: Navigating Europe's Production Realities

Berlinale Industry Events

Access: Market Badge & Online Market Badge

Europe’s production landscape is shaped by market disparities, shifting audience demands, and in a wider sense by political polarization. How can the industry unite to overcome these challenges and build a collaborative future? The Nostradamus Collective brings together three producers to share sharp, diverse insights into realities of production across the continent. In a dynamic conversation, we’ll explore practical strategies for creative collaboration, cross-border innovation, and unity in the face of disruption. The Nostradamus Project is presented by Göteborg Film Festival in partnership with Boost HBG, Kulturakademin and Lindholmen Science Park, with additional funding from Creative Europe MEDIA, Region Västra Götaland and Nordisk Film & TV Fond.  With this offer, the EFM Industry Sessions aim to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
