With the support of the Spanish Ministry of Culture, the Berlinale's EFM 2025 will present Spain's vibrant film scene from a variety of perspectives.

The "Country in Focus" initiative provides a special platform for Spain’s film industry and an opportunity for their filmmakers to introduce themselves and highlight certain aspects of their activities.

The opportunity to focus on and showcase film countries such as Spain at the market not only supports the EFM's relationships with individual film industries internationally, but also promotes exchange between the film industries themselves.

"Spain in Focus“ at EFM is an important global showcase for Spanish creators, enabling Spanish content to reach new audiences and creating new export opportunities for the Spanish industry.

The main programme will offer many opportunities to network with Spanish producers, distributors, investors and creators and to get to know Spanish productions and co-productions.
